1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Decorior ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Customization

• All products are custom-made based on the photo and settings you provide.
• You are responsible for the quality and content of images you upload.
• The preview shown in the customizer is an approximation. Minor color differences between screen and print are normal.
• We reserve the right to reject orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• For partial payments, the remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations

Since products are custom-made, cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of placing the order and before production begins. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@decorior.in. We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if production has already started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, design, and branding are the property of Decorior.
• You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for order fulfillment.
• You confirm that you have the rights to any images you upload and that they do not infringe on third-party copyrights.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

Decorior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bidar, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
